Our Pastor is Rev. Don Stephens, a man of vision and purpose, shepherding a growing church family since 1999. Our Music Minister is James Bush - He creates church programs for age-group choirs, puppet ministry, nursing home ministry and much more.
We're very happy and excited to have a special needs program with the "Pure Hearts" Ministry. It is a ministry focused toward those who have special needs. Our program provides a place where these special needs people can learn, move about, have fun and gain social interaction. The program will include Bible study, recreation and a meal monthly. We want this program to expand as God directs and are depending on word of mouth to publicize it.
SUNNY SENIORS - the heart of the church ~ The monthly senior breakfasts (see our calendar for dates and times) and frequent outings and trips are planned for our seniors who are so very importatn to our church.
Each Monday at 6:00 p.m. there is an exercise class "WALK A WEIGH" led by Susie Seal. Join the ladies as they practice good health each week!
Also, each Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. there is a church-wide visitation program. Each week members go out and visit members, sick and prospects in the community that don't have a church home or have visited the church.
Each Saturday at 7:30 am the men gather at in the Fellowhsip Hall for a time of prayer. This is a special time for the men to gather and to offer up prayer requests to God and pray for the church - it's organizations, members and functions.
Sunday morning Sunday School begins with refreshments and hospitality at 9:20 a.m. and Bible study at 9:45 a.m. Join us! Evening Discipleship at 5:30 p.m. at Elam is designed for all age groups. Any adult is sure to find a study group suited for them from traditional to special studies of all topics. Our Youth participate in Bible study at 5:30 p.m.; our children participate in Children's Choir. There is classes for all ages including Preschool and Nursery.
Wednesday's Mid Week Services - 7:00 p.m. with Mission Friends, Girls in Action, Royal Ambassadors, Youth program and Adult Prayer Service & Bible study. Adult Choir meets at 6:00 p.m. The Monthly Business meeting is the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
