Our church is made up of people from Tallassee and surrounding cities and towns: Tallassee, Reeltown, Notasulga, Camp Hill, Dadeville & Lake Martin. We belong to the Southern Baptist Convention
We have ministries for everyone in your family - all ages
A Search Committee will soon be seeking a man chosen of God to shepherd and lead the flock hear at Elam. The Minister or Music is James Bush. There are church programs for age-group choirs, children, puppet ministry, nursing home ministry and much more.
PURE HEARTS - A special needs program with the "Pure Hearts" Ministry. It is a ministry focused toward those who have special needs. Our program provides a place where these special needs people can learn, move about, have fun and gain social interaction. The program will include Bible study, recreation and a meal monthly as well as special outings. We want this program to expand as God directs and are depending on word of mouth to publicize it.
SUNNY SENIORS ~The monthly senior breakfasts (see our calendar for dates and times) and frequent outings are planned for our seniors who are so very important to our church.
"WALK A WEIGH" - Monday - 6:00 p.m. Exercise class led by Susie Seal. Join the ladies as they practice good health each week! (Walk a Weigh will continue in the fall but is cancelled for the summer.)
VISITATION An outreach ministry each Monday at 7:00 p.m. A church-wide visitation program. Each week members go out and visit the sick, home bound, prospects and new comers in the community that don't have a church home and those who have visited the church.
MEN PRAYER TIME - Saturday 7:30 a.m. The Elam MEN gather at in the Fellowhsip Hall for a time of prayer. This is a special time for the men to gather and offer up prayer requests to God and pray for the church - it's organizations, members needs, sick, etc.
Join us for Sunday School on Sunday at 9:45 a.m. & Discipleship at 5:30 p.m. designed for all age groups. Anyone can find a study group suited for them from traditional to special studies of all topics. Our children participate in Children's Choir during Discipleship. There are classes for all ages including Preschool and Nursery in Sunday School and Discipleship.

7:00 p.m. Mission Friends, Girls in Action (GA), RA's (Royal Ambassodors)
Business meeting is the 2nd Wednesday Night of each month at 7:00 p.m..
